This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will NOT be accepted through this flyer. - Project Planning/Execution: oversees the project life cycle from inception to completion. Defining scopes, developing Project Management Plans, allocating resources, managing risks, and tracking execution to ensure milestones are met on time.
- Team Leadership/Coordination: Leads diverse Project Delivery Teams, including contractors, specialists in planning, engineering, construction, and environmental disciplines. Communicates, foster collaboration and resolve complex issues.
- Financial Oversight /Control: Manages the project budget, including cost estimating, expense tracking, and reporting. Execute changes and risk management to proactively prevent budget overruns and schedule slippages.
- Stakeholder/Customer Relations: Serves as the primary district liaison with sponsors, customers, and government agencies. Manages expectations, resolve external issues, and maintain productive, positive relationships.
- Quality/Compliance: Ensures strict adherence to safety regulations. Implement quality control and assurance processes to guarantee deliverables meet technical standards and comply with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers policies and federal regulations.
